Fetch Office Choice Credit Policy

Terms and Conditions for supplying goods and services on credit account:

All accounts are to be settled 30 days from statement
Goods and services remain the property of Fetch Office Choice until paid in full
Fetch Office Choice reserves the right to stop credit on any account
Fetch Office Choice reserves the right to cancel any account

Customer qualification for a 30 day account requires

Customer delinquency

After breaching terms and conditions, any fees, charges, commissions and interest charges incurred in the collection of monies owed to Fetch Office Choice will be added to the full outstanding amount and recoverable in full.
Legal action to recover money owed to Fetch Office Choice will be recoverable by Fetch Office Choice under jurisdiction of a court in the Northern Territory.

Returns Policy

All requests for credit must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods. Exception for faulty product (s).
All products (s) must be returned complete with original packaging, please note all no fault product (s) are to be returned in pristine and unopened condition with all seals intact suitable for resale.
For all returned product (s), the customer must maintain a copy of the proof of delivery or consignment information to confirm delivery in case of future queries.
Under vendors instructions, Fetch Office Choice will credit, replace or repair the product (s), however, replacement or repair (handled by vendor) returns may result in delays due to vendor lead time, also depending on vendor policy and Fetch Office Choice stock availability.
Any physical damage incurred on the faulty product due to misuse of the product will void the warranty and is the customer’s responsibility.
If the faulty product is returned to Fetch Office Choice but no fault is found after testing by the vendor, the customer is responsible for any no fault found charges from the vendor.
